NEAR CHAMCHAMAL, Iraq (Reuters) - Hundreds of jubilant Kurdish 'peshmerga' fighters poured across what had, just hours before, been an Iraqi frontline on Friday, saying Iraqi forces had retreated toward the oil hub of Kirkuk.
